Allow me to set the scene. It was a beautiful Arizona evening. A cool breeze in the air. The scent of a far off rain lingering. A beautiful rainbow in the clouds. And a tremendous human douche bag in a convertible VW (pictured) holding up traffic so he can take a picture of it on his smart phone. The high point was when I honked he lifted his arms as if to say. “Well what do you expect me to do? This rainbow isn’t going to Instagram itself!”
Also, just in case the safety patrol is making its rounds, please note this picture was taken from the passenger seat. This means that it was taken not by me, possibly my wife, or I am driving a rare RHD S197 Mustang.

I saw someone backing up on a highway this morning because they missed the exit.

With the rare passenger (left side) mounted gauge cluster! That must be the one with the prototype ecoboost-i4 that Ford was holding off on bringing to the mass market to maximize profit! (because Apple isn’t the only company that can hold back features just because)

Ha, no. But iirc it was an exit for a different highway. So there were no other exits for that highway. Probably too afraid to get off at a random exit in Detroit.

I’ve really noticed around Metro-Detroit lately, no one will EVER miss a turn no matter the cost. Oh exits over there? let me just zip across 4 lanes of traffic. Did I miss it? SLAMS ON BRAKES.
God, there’s other exits. it used to be if you missed an exit you over shot, turned around and came back at it.
